Scheduled meetings are added to students' coming evenings, in the students' calendars and you can also send them as messages. It is a good idea to inform the students about the meeting using a course message which includes the link.

An automatic message

When you as a teacher have started a new Zoom meeting within the course, it is also possible to send automated personal messages to everyone in the course with the details on when the meeting will start and the link to the meetign.

Coming events & calendar

In the column to the right of the students' overview or inside the course inside the course there are details of upcoming online meetings detailing the meeting's name, start date and time. If a student clicks on the meeting, they will be taken to the Canvas calendar:

When they click on the meeting in the calendar, you also get a link to the meeting.

What information do the students get? There is information on Zoom both in KI's Canvas studentguide (Sv) and Canvas student guide (En). The guides also contain information on how they can start their own meetings.
