The Higher Education Appeals Board

The Higher Education Appeals Board is an authority responsible for examining appeals against certain decisions taken in the higher education sector and the sector of qualified vocational training. The Higher Education Appeals Board is the last instance in these cases, that is, it is not possible to appeal against the decision of the Higher Education Appeals Board.

The Swedish Higher Education Authority

If you think that KI is in violation of any the laws or regulations applicable to the area of higher education, such as the Higher Education Act, the Higher Education Ordinance or the Regulations of the Swedish Higher Education Council, you may report this to the Swedish Higher Education Authority which will then review the complaint, rebuke KI and request that KI submits a report on what actions have been taken to rectify the matter.
