For educators: In this module you find overview of 2030 Agenda for you and your students to go through. You will find 5 teaching examples to copy all or some to your course. These examples give a general overview of 2030 Agenda, to understand the role of this agenda, the concept, the history and the importance it has for our next decade.

In line with KI Strategy, all KI activities should be guided by and contribute to the UN Agenda 2030 for Sustainable SDGs.

In 2015, for the first time in history, leaders from 193 countries in the United Nations (UN) signed an agreement on how the world shall be develop by the year 2030. It was called "Transforming our world: the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development" and listed 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These goals are the scheme to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all.

describe the history behind the transition from MDGS to SDGs;
explain and reflect on the importance of this history for our future.
